In October 2025, Logicbroker acquired Virtualstock, a UK-based commerce platform established in 2004 whose dropship and curated marketplace technology powers leading UK and EU retailers. Together, the group serves more than 15,000 retail and brand partners worldwide. Virtualstock operates as a Logicbroker subsidiary, and the two entities are aligning their security and compliance programmes.
